Year 12 student Rebecca Rusinovic was highlighted recently as the youngest ever keynote speaker at technology conference ‘Pause Festival’ in Melbourne this month!

Ready for Term 1 2018, Lowther Hall will be unveiling a new Early Years Centre! For our littlest Lowther girls, in Kinder to Year 1, our new state of the art EYC will deliver programs and learning best suited to them.

House spirit has soared this week at Lowther Hall with the Junior School students in Years 4 to 6 participating enthusiastically in their House Swimming Carnival today. It was wonderful to see so many parents supporting this event.

​We held our annual Academic Awards Ceremony last week to celebrate the outstanding VCE results of 2016. Awards for Study Scores over 40 and ATAR Scores over 95, as well as awards for outstanding achievement in Mathematics, Literature, Science,

​It has been wonderful to have been able to connect with many parents over the last 10 days – at Information Evenings, Commencement Services and special events. The feedback that I receive from parents is very valuable in continuing to ensure that we provide the very best educational service to our girls and families.

​Be guided on a tour of our School by Lowther Hall students! Our ‘School Tours’ Day will be held this Saturday 11 February. Kindergarten to Year 12 tours will commence at 9.30am, and Year 7 to Year 12 tours will commence at 11.00am.

Today our Year 12 girls enjoyed their Assembly of Dedication, a ceremony during which they undertake to act as role models within the School Community. They formed a 'circle of light' inside the Cultural Centre to symbolically represent their year of leadership ahead at Lowther!

It is only the second day of term and already there is so much to celebrate and reflect on at Lowther Hall! I enjoyed reconnecting with many families yesterday morning at the front of the School, where our Senior School Captains had set up a very festive entry point adorned with balloons!
