Nadine Moran

Nadine Moran has been Head of Blinkbonnie House since 2022 and brings a wealth of experience as both an Early Childhood Educator and Primary Teacher across leading Independent Schools in Victoria. With postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership and Student Wellbeing from the University of Melbourne, Nadine is a passionate educator committed to creating nurturing, engaging environments where young learners thrive. She values strong partnerships with families and is dedicated to ensuring every girl reaches her full potential.

Nadine Moran has been Head of Blinkbonnie House at Lowther Hall since January of 2022. Prior to working at our school, she was Head of Student Wellbeing at Hume Anglican Grammar. She started her career at The Knox School as a Primary educator and has worked across some of the leading Independent Schools in Victoria as both a Primary School Teacher and an Early Childhood Educator.

Nadine holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Teaching (Honours) which were undertaken at The University of Melbourne. During her Bachelor of Teaching, she completed a research project into how a school can structure their reading programs to promote student reading confidence and learning. Nadine’s postgraduate qualification, a Master of Education was also completed at The University of Melbourne. She majored in Educational Leadership and Student Wellbeing.

Nadine is a passionate educator who is deeply dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students. She is driven by a genuine love for supporting their development and growth through play-based learning in Kindergarten, through to the explicit teaching of English and Maths in Prep and Year 1. Nadine fosters a strong family/school partnership, and actively promotes a collaborative team approach to ensure every girl reaches their full potential. She is always seeking out new strategies and professional learning opportunities to remain at the forefront of early childhood and primary education practices. Nadine is the mother of two daughters and enjoys spending quality time with them at the beach. She also enjoys going to the movies and reading a new novel.
