Deputy Principal, Ms Tracy Healy, has been part of the Lowther Hall community for 36 years, having joined the School in 1990 as a History and Legal Studies teacher. Appointed Deputy Principal in 2013, Tracy has held a wide range of leadership and pastoral roles across the School, including Year Level Coordinator at every year level, Head of Grant House, School Counsellor and, until the end of 2025, Head of Senior School.

Tracy also leads the School’s parent partnership initiatives, fostering strong and collaborative relationships between home and school.

Tracy holds an Arts Degree from the University of Melbourne, majoring in History and Criminology as well as post graduate qualifications. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Adolescent Health and Welfare and a Diploma in Mental Health, and has completed study through Harvard University. She continues to enhance her knowledge and practice through ongoing research and professional development. Tracy has presented on student wellbeing at the Global Forum on Girls’ Education in Washington, DC, and contributes to the broader educational conversation around best practice in student care. In 2019, she was selected as one of The Educator's Top 50 Educators.

Tracy is passionate about equipping young people with the emotional intelligence, social awareness and resilience they need within and beyond the school environment. She is committed to creating a school culture that supports holistic student development and fosters strong relationships between staff, students and families.
