On Tuesday 18 March, over 80 students from both Raymond House and Senior School took part in the Term 1 Music Soirée. This event also featured performances from 29 cello students as part of the inaugural ‘Cellobration Soirée’.  We had a wide range of year levels perform, from Year 1 all the way to Year 12. The pieces were performed as a musical journey from Saint-Saen’s The Swan to everyone’s favourite, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

A massive thank-you to all the teachers and Ms Wileman in particular for arranging the Cellobration music, teaching everyone the pieces and making the concert a success. It was incredible to see so many cello students perform much-loved songs from the cello journey.

We hope to see more people at upcoming music events.
