As Lowther Hall’s 12th Principal (2006–2012), Carolyn brought a wealth of experience and a passion for student-centred learning. With a calm confidence and a collaborative leadership style, she inspired a shared vision for excellence in teaching and learning. Following her time at Lowther Hall, Carolyn became CEO of the Association of Independent Schools of South Australia, where she has championed school autonomy, quality teaching and system-wide educational improvement.
