The conference began with yLead workshops, encouraging the cohort to see leadership as something lived out each day, not just through a title or badge. On Thursday, students interested in formal leadership roles visited schools across Melbourne to explore different leadership models, while others led mini workshops with Year 6 and Year 8 students, building mentoring skills along the way. Today, the Year 11s were fortunate to hear from Old Grammarians, who generously shared their stories of study, careers, and life after Lowther. The cohort deeply appreciated their honesty, encouragement, and advice as they prepare to step into Year 12 and consider their pathways beyond.
