I have so enjoyed my interactions with various parts of our school community this week. On Monday, it was all about the Year 7 girls, who were having a fabulous time getting to know each other better when I visited them during their Tangara Day at Williamstown. On Tuesday evening, the full School Council met together for their first face to face meeting in nearly 12 months where strategic priorities for the next 2 years were discussed and advanced. On Wednesday the Old Grammarians’ Association had their Annual General Meeting and I was pleased to once again connect with the volunteer past students who serve on the Committee of this important group to support the School and build connections between Old Grammarians and current students.  Tonight (Friday) brings the opportunity to see parents, past parents, staff, old grammarians and other friends of the School at the garden party – a wonderful way to finish the week and to celebrate our community. With the promise of eased restrictions as we move into March, things are certainly looking positive for the remainder for the term.
